Area and Scope

Journal of Geographic Education and Studies (JGES) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarly research and academic discussion in the fields of geography, geographic education, spatial studies, environmental studies, and related interdisciplinary areas.

The journal provides a platform for researchers, educators, scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to publish high-quality original research that contributes to the understanding of geographical phenomena, human–environment relationships, spatial processes, geographic knowledge, and innovative approaches to geography teaching and learning.
